Pidgin 2.6.1 wurde released mit ein paar echt netten Features wie z.b. Sprache und Videochat. Im normalen Repository und auch nicht im PPA. Aber Ubuntu User können es von GetDeb downloaden und installieren.
Für andere Distributionen gibt es aber eine Möglichkeit der Kompilierung des Quelltextes.
